Kamil Idris is an international diplomat from Sudan. He is the current head of the International Court of Arbitration and Mediation. From the year 1997 to 2008 where he was the director general at World Intellectual Property Organization. He advanced from the University of Khartoum, Sudan with a law degree and a PhD in International Law of Geneva University. Besides these two he has received honors degrees from different universities. The system is fair when the interests of the manufacturers and the consumers are balanced.
